Refunds Once a delegate registers for the refund is at the discretion of the admission committee.
Normally we allow refund of amount 3 months prior to beginning of the course.
After that there will be no refund.
The mode of credit in case of refunds is the Original method of payment and will be processed within 7 working days at our end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Postponement of course:
We allow postponement of the course date only once after registration.
The availability of the new course date is subject to space in the batch.
Change of course:
You may change the course within 7 days of registration. After that it will not be possible, you will have to claim a refund, which will be governed by the refund policy stated above.
